A Pleasant Surprise

Nature has a way of coming up with bountiful surprises.

We discovered this Banyan grove in a corner of our Rose Valley Collective. We spent some good time under the serene canopy; the breeze and the lazy silence of a warm winter afternoon tempting us into a siesta. Opposite this, the land slopes into a natural bowl.

We are buzzing with ideas right now — make a mud+stone seating area around the tree and convert the area opposite into a small pond. This can very well become a community gathering place — a place for debates, shared conversation over a coffee, a musical evening and much more.
