In 2023, the pollution levels in the country’s capital hit an alarming 400 AQI in just a week! Today, residents prefer staying indoors, while many wish to leave the city for good. With heart conditions, emergency pollution alerts, and even planes struggling to land, Delhi’s air has become a real hazard.

Many initiatives to address this critical issue have been tried, but it’s high time for us to take matters into our own hands!

Recognising the urgency of the situation, we came up with the Tijara Heritage Collective — a sustainable community located a mere 75 km from Gurgaon, nestled near the picturesque Aravalli range. Our collective offers more than just clean air; it promises a lifestyle away from the chaos of the city while maintaining accessibility to main roadways for the flexibility to return at your convenience.
