First harvest!

Our first groundnuts harvest at the Rose Valley Collective.
We had sown them in a small area at the start of the monsoon rains. Absolute joy to smell the fresh raw pods. Some will be sun dried. We will try making a few dishes out of them at the farm kitchen.
In the meanwhile, we wait for the sun
